Shannon's 9 month appt
Today was Shannon's 9 month appointment. I can't believe that this week she'll have been OUT of me for as long as she was IN. Crazy.
Everything seems on track according to our wonderful pediatrician. According to this growth scale, Shannon falls in the 75th percentile for height & the 50th for weight. Incidentally, she was also in the 50th for her head circumference.
Poor little Shannon had the third in her series of the Hepatitis B vaccination...which she did not care for at all (think bright red face & tears). She also had to have her thumb pricked for an anemia test (revisit to bright red face & tear land). She is sleeping now (I suspect I'll have to rouse her from this late afternoon nap after her shot). But overall, she's doing very well!
