They painted the house...
They have painted the house! The trim work isn't done yet, but the main house color is:

Making ProgressTh
They have begun the siding & the HVAC work in the house. The back of the house has nearly all of its siding on
The interior of the home continues to be pretty bleak at this point. It's the same as it was before (framed), but now they have added a few plumbing pipes & the duct work. Our hot water heater & the furnace are now in & today I noticed the fireplace downstairs is in.
Of note, they have started 2 more foundations in the neighborhood. Lot 3 is "sold" and looks as if they are about to start pouring the foundation. Lot 13 has its foundation poured & will function as the next "Model Home". Right now there isn't a model home, but lot 30 will be the new model when it is completed next month. I was able to go into 30 last week. It's nice very nice. It will be nice to look at their landscape & hardscape in the back too as we prepare to meet with the landscape folks in the next few weeks.
